There is much more to Wheels Through Time than meets the eye.  The museum operates on an all-volunteer staff, made up of wonderful individuals dedicated to preserving the history of our country’s motoring past.  Whether its traveling two thousand miles to pick up a new piece of for collection, giving in-depth tours to anyone who asks, or coming up with new ideas to enhance the museum experience, the staff at Wheels Through Time is devoted to making the museum the best that it can be. 

We pride ourselves on having that personal touch, making sure that each museum visitor leaves with a lasting experience and a feeling of wonderment and joy.  We make every effort to exceed the expectations of each and every guest, providing them with the most educational and inspiring experience available.

During its five years in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, Wheels Through Time has entertained hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the globe.  In 2006 alone, the museum hosted guests from all fifty states and 42 countries.
